The Dry Cleaning Company unconditionally guarantees the quality of our dry-cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, simply contact us within 2 days of your delivery, and we will re-clean your items free of charge. Your Personal Information

In order to provide you with excellent products and services, The Dry Cleaning Company  asks you for specific pieces of personal information when you register as a customer. The Dry Cleaning Company will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals.

Your name, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and special delivery instructions help Drycleaners Online to deliver your order on time and to the correct location. A customer service representative will contact you if there are any questions we might have about your order.

Your user name and password allows The Dry Cleaning Company to verify that you are a registered customer and will prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission.

Online Surveys

From time to time, The Dry Cleaning Company may conduct surveys online that may ask you demographic information. Your participation is voluntary. We accumulate the responses to improve our services. Participant’s response are not linked to your personal information on the site.

How We Process Your Order

The Dry Cleaning Company innovative process is set-up to streamline your dry cleaning experience.

Once your order is received, one of our vans will pick-up your personal items for cleaning from your place of residence or business and deliver them to one of our state-of-the-art operating plants.

Your clothing goes through a four-step process that ensures professional cleaning.

  1. First, items received are inspected for stains, material defects, and cleaning procedures as recommended by the manufacturer (certain items will be returned, see Dry Cleaning Authorization Policy).
  2. Second, clothes are appropriately cleaned and pressed.
  3. Third, clothes are inspected and the final touches applied.
  4. Finally, they are sorted and packaged and loaded onto appropriate vans for delivery. A professional The Dry Cleaning Company driver delivers your items to your place of business or residence.

Authorisation Policy

The great majority of garments and household articles clean very satisfactorily. Occasionally, however, The Dry Cleaning Company  may recognize a potential problem and ask you to sign a release form before processing the item. This procedure is to notify you that there is a potential problem and certain risk in proceeding. It may be a question about colourfastness, the resistance of one component to the cleaning process, or a question of the age of or weakness of the fabric.

The main purpose of the release form is to alert you to the possible problem. If you agree, the item will be processed with extreme care and returned to you in a usable condition. However, if damage does develop, The Dry Cleaning Company  will not be held responsible since it has warned you of the risk and obtained your consent to proceed.

The Dry Cleaning Company  the need for a consent form, a Customer Care Representative will attempt to contact the customer for verification and authorization. If authorization for cleaning cannot be obtained in a timely manner, then The Dry Cleaning Company will deliver the item in question back to the customer. You may choose to re-submit them with a release form expressing your acknowledgment that The Dry Cleaning Company will clean them at customer’s own risk.

Delivery policy

The Dry Cleaning Company to make our delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices. 

Acceptance of Delivery – All pickups and deliveries are made only to a specific location within your company or residence. This location has been designated by you or your company as a pickup and drop-off point for The Dry Cleaning Company .

Late Delivery – If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be delivered immediately the following day. 

Right to Refuse Service – The Dry Cleaning Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

Re-Cleaning Policy

Within two (2) days after delivery, you may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge. 

To request re-cleaning, please email our Customer Service Centre and explain the problem. A Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly to arrange a suitable time to resubmit the items and your designated driver will pick-up the items on schedule.

Household Items Policy

The Dry Cleaning Company follows standards and policies. These policies are standard to all dry-cleaners including classical retail dry-cleaning stores.

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics

Leather / Suede Policy

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.

Garment Damage Policy

We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes that, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Drycleaners Online liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition

Loss Policy

The Dry Cleaning Company exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 
The Dry Cleaning Company liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede and household items which are at customers own risk at all times.

Safe & Private Ordering

The Dry Cleaning Company  respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding specific customers to any third party. We may use and share aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and content offering. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

When you place orders with The Dry Cleaning Company the information you provide remains private and secure. We are committed to the protection of your personal and order information and we use the latest security technology to do so.
